The Sunder Process - (Sunder: to break apart or break in two)
Designed by the Mind Body Gut Company, the Sunder Process helps us cut those invisible cords that keep us held back.
This hour long session enables us to re-set our boundaries and move away from long held beliefs about perhaps a person or situation.
This therapy is ideal for situations where you are trying to move on from a person or relationship.

 

Perhaps you were given a label unjustly by a well-meaning (or not) person. Maybe you have a chronic health condition and feel that you are now only seen as that condition. When we can cut these unhelpful cords it allows us to step into our trueselves and the power that goes with it.

Let’s take an example: You have just come out of a long term relationship. Your ex-partner had remarked – on several occasions that it was ‘no wonder that you couldn’t get a promotion because you just weren’t good enough’. They could have said that for a number of reasons, but the chance of it actually being true is minimal. However it still sticks with you – a bit like chewing gum on the bottom of your shoe – annoying, not helpful, but you can’t quite shift it. You don’t want to wear the shoes anymore, despite them being lovely. That comment about not being good enough still sticks to you..

It's now time to cut that cord and move on. Find the real you. You are not defined by someone else’s view – ever.

What happens during a session?

We sit and chat about what is affecting you, where those cords are coming from and how they are trying to attach to you. I’ll be asking some questions, but mostly you will be doing the talking – thinking out loud in a safe and non-judgemental environment. It is very much a client led session.

We will work on the energies surrounding this issue and I can guarantee that you will leave the session feeling lighter and much more positive about the situation.

These sessions can be carried out in person or via Zoom.
