In early 2026 an opportunity came up to study psychic surgery in an in-person course. I couldn’t resist. Healing is like any other modality in life – there is always more to learn, more areas to discover, more skills to be taught and utilised.
So what is Psychic Surgery?
Psychic Surgery is an energy-based therapy that can address imbalances on many levels (physical, emotional, energetic). The aim of it is to bring you back to your full vitality and energetic flow.
Clients have reported feeling much lighter and clearer after a session. They also remark on how their pain levels have lessened, and in some cases joint mobility has been improved, leading them to a much more positive frame of mind.

How does it work?
Our body is made up of energy. When energy gets disrupted or attracts a different type of energy, that’s when the body can manifest physical problems or ‘dis-ease’. It can hold onto energy from this life and indeed from other lives. Ancestral energy or trauma can be held within our current body and cause issues. During a psychic surgery session
these may be recognised and worked on, preventing the issue from continuing. Current physical issues are also recognised and treated.
Who is it suitable for?
Anyone. However we do not work with under 18’s, except with the parent/guardians full permission or those who are pregnant. That is not to say that psychic surgery is not safe in those instances, but merely to safeguard our profession.
What happens during a session?
It can be carried out either in person or remotely. Neither is more effective than the other. If you decide to come to me in person, you will just lay on my treatment couch and rest. I will do the work, there is minimal touch involved. I may lay my hands on places on your body as I am guided, and perhaps hold your head, but other than that, very little physical contact.
If we work remotely, you can just go about your day as normal and I will tune in to you.
And afterwards?
Between 24 – 48 hours after a treatment you may feel a little diMerent, perhaps less pain or a lighter feeling or even just tired, but hopefully better. There is also such a thing as a ‘healing crisis’ where a person may report feeling unwell for a few days after a session.
This is the energy clearing itself from your body. However this will be temporary and short-lived. Look at it as confirmation that work needed to be done. Keeping well hydrated and listening to your body, allowing to rest is always beneficial – even more so after a psychic Surgery session.
How many sessions will I need?
Our Spirit Guides like to work as efficiently as possible to clear any issues and will do as much as they can in just one session. However if your condition has been long-term you may find that your physical body tries to go back to its previous state, because that it what it is used to, be that good or bad.
This is your body and your energy and I am happy to treat you whenever you wish.
